GENERAL TERM & CONDIIONS
Reservation
All reservation and inquiries for services should be made through PT. Bali Cahaya Tours & Travel. To ensure efficient handling of all reservation and inquiries, maximum details are necessary such as Arrival and Departure dates, flight number, names of person, etc.
Voucher
We will always provide services as specified in the voucher, in the matter of your booking by telephone / fax / letter, we shall arrange it upon your arrival ( according to your request ).
Payment
Payment of tour fee, including traveling expenses and arrangement fees, shall be made to the Company in advance or at the commencement of arrangement unless special arrangements to contrary have been made. Failure to comply with this condition may result in cancellation of all reservation and arrangements for services without notice.
Cancellation Policy
We will not charge any cancellation fee for all if advice such cancellation is received within 21 days for low seasons or 45 days for high seasons,
however, in certain circumstances, hotels, restaurant, etc. Full cancellation charge will be applied if there is no show, no prior Cancellation notice has made and within 14 days for low seasons.
Liability
PT. Bali Cahaya Tours & Travel only as agent for transportation company, air ticket, hotel, cars and will therefore accepts No Responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, change of schedules, or other irregularities. PT. Bali Cahaya Tours & Travel reserves also the right to change the itineraries with or without prior notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.
